Mortgage Broker Compliance Consultants was born out of the passion and drive of founder Tom Elder to help keep mortgage brokers in the game.
With an ever increasing avalanche of regulations focused on mortgage brokers, it can easily get out of hand from both a time and cost perspective. This has forced a lot of brokers to exit the industry.
Tom knows this all too well. Having owned a mortgage brokerage himself for many years, he is familiar with the plight of mortgage brokers nationwide. With nearly two decades of experience in mortgage banking, brokering, secondary market analysis and financial instituions insurance underwriting, Tom brings to the table a great deal of experience and expertise.
