I moved to Tampa in 1970 when my father retired from the Army so I am quite familar with moving and relocating. I attended various local schools and became familiar with Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties.
I've enjoyed rehabbing houses owning rental/investor properties and being in the market with both buyers and sellers.
I have over 15 years experience having a broker's and mortgage license. I am currently on the Agent Leadership Council at Keller Williams Tampa Central.
