As the daughter of an Air Force career officer and the spouse of an Army career officer, I have become skilled at personally relocating around the world. I entered into real estate sales following a successful period as a real estate investor; actively working full-time as a real estate agent for 15 years. I am humbled that a high percentage of my business comes from client referrals due to my developing lasting relationships within my personal associations and business networks.

| Tracy is an experienced pro. After months of looking at properties, we opted to buy a short sale, which is far more complex and complicated than a traditional transaction. Without her assistance, we'd have been sunk. She always stayed several steps ahead; applied appropriate pressure when it seemed we weren't at the top of the seller's lender's radar screen; and kept us informed of progress at every turn. | My experience with Tracy was very, very positive. She is very conscientious and wants to make sure that the entire selling and buying process is a positive experience. Selling my condominium was so easy. I knew I could trust her without doubt. In 2010, I called on Tracy to help a friend who was facing foreclosure. Without hesitation, she agreed to drive a long distance and met with this lady who was in a difficult financial situation. She took the time to study the paperwork and contact the necessary parties to cause the situation to move forward in the correct manner. She did this without any pay. It was a sign of her character that she simply wanted to help. I knew I could ask and trust Tracy with this particular situation. She was professional and kind throughout the entire process. | Tracy Walczak was our realtor who assisted us in selling our home of 20 years. She was there for us from beginning to end. Tracy gave us great advice on how to prepare our house for selling. She gave us names of electricians, painters, handymen, etc, as needed. Tracy hired a stager to help us rearrange our furniture and art work. We had a very professional looking flyer with wonderful photos of our home, very accurate information on our brochure, and a great slideshow on our own website to showcase our home. She held an open house for realtors to help us decide on an asking price (our home was unique so this was a helpful strategy in pricing our home). Tracy held a couple of open houses, and before you knew it, our home was sold. Our home sold very close to our asking price and the entire process was very easy, thanks to Tracy. |

| My husband and I worked with Tracy in the selling of our condo. Tracy worked tirelessly for us. She gave us great staging advice and built a beautiful webpage and flyers featuring gorgeous, professional photos. She held multiple open houses and was always available to discuss the process with us. We were first time home sellers and Tracy was always willing to explain things to us and to help us through the different steps in the selling process. Tracy is very personable and easy to talk to. Even though the process of selling a home can be pretty stressful, Tracy was always able to make the process as painless as possible. She is fun and full of energy and we really enjoyed working with her. Tracy sold our condo and we were thrilled at the final price. | Tracy was caring, honest, knowledgeable, and generous (she gave my father-in-law, also a realtor, a referral commission). When we bought our home, it was a seller's market, so the competition to buy a home in our area was really tough. She fought hard for us, and after our 3rd try, we succeeded. She never gave up. The downside, if there is one, was after we found our home, we realized that we weren't going to go on any more fun outings with Tracy! But, luckily for us, she stopped by from time to time to see how we were enjoying our new home, and always had a thoughtful gift. We've been in our home for 10 years now. |
