After two Bachelor's degrees and the various professional jobs I pursued throughout my twenties (paralegal work among them), I have the career I am 1,000% suited for! My husband/partner Greg Cremia is in his 26th year of selling Outer Banks real estate, and with his expert guidance I "grew up" fast in the business.
Thirteen years later, selling Outer Banks Real Estate full-time, and here I am! Our Shore Realty Team closed 26 deals from January 2015 to January 2016...and counting! We are a small firm but we tend to our clients carefully and conscientiously. And our long-standing internet presence generates enough business that we're able to "do our own thing."
Now in my fourteenth year as a Real Estate Broker, Realtor and Brokerage Firm co-owner on the beautiful Outer Banks of North Carolina, I have the drive, knowledge, experience, bluntness, job satisfaction and energy to focus on what I love--helping buyers become beach property owners and helping sellers sell their properties for the best possible prices.
I am from "Tar Heel" stock--half of my family is here in northeastern NC and the other half in southeastern VA. I grew up fishing and boating on the regional coastal waters and I am a 22-year permanent Outer Banks local resident and multiple-property owner. I know my market very well.
Our Shore Realty Team assists buyers and sellers of all types of Outer Banks Real Estate-- waterfronts, investment properties, second homes, dream homes, condos/townhouses, vacant land and income-producing properties in all of Dare and Currituck Counties from Corolla, Duck, and Southern Shores, the middle beaches areas of Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, Colington and Nags Head, and the southern beaches on the Cape Hatteras National Seashore.
I am known for my open personality and bluntness with clients. It does no good to be sold a "bill of goods." If the right property exists here for a buyer, we will find it. If a seller's property has the ability to be sold for Fair Market Value, we will sell it. Period.
