Get to Know Larry Hernandez
My name is Larry Hernandez. To be the best Realtor I can be, I am willing to give up a large portion of my personal time to ensure you satisfaction. To do this I am committed to being reachable to all my clients 24 hours a day - 365 days a year.
I will never tell a client what they want to hear just to get their business. I know I will lose business this way but I believe being honest will keep my clients loyal.
I will always remember that honesty, integrity, loyalty, understanding, work ethic and ingenuity are what make me different from the real estate masses. I will always promote the best interests of my clients and I will always disclose any facts about the property that might reflect their decision. Anything I have to say about a certain property will be out in the open at all times. In the end, all decisions are the clients to make and not mine. I will always respect their decision.

I have recently expanded my knowledge to include a wide variety of commercial property as well as commercial lots. I am a resident of the Southeast Bay Area, League City, part of Galveston County and have been here for over 47 years. I am an avid reader of all real estate news and internet blogs concerning real estate.
