As a native of the area, I have spent my entire business career working with customer oriented positions. I hold a BS in Business Administration from The Citadel, as well as UTIL - Foundations certification (a consumer service oriented distinction), e-PRO and Project Management Institute (PMP) certifications. I am also certified in Distressed Properties as a CDPE (A Certified Distressed Property Expert).

I am married (To my Soul Mate, Lynne) with four grown children and three grandchildren. My wife is the Director of the Pre-School for a local Charter School.

I have built three homes from scratch myself. I drew the plans, hired the subs and acted as the gereral contractor. Therefore, I enjoy working on projects that involve new construction with customers. It is enjoyable working through the process watching the home unfold into the customers Dream Home. Building or buying a home should be an exciting and fun time for the customer. The Real Eastate agents roll should be to shield the customer as much as possible from headaches and problems.

I realize I am not meeting customers to sell a piece of property. I am selling them on myself. I am showing them that I am the person to work with while hunting for their Dream Home. Every position I have held in my career has been in customer service of some sort. The customer is "King". It is a great feeling helping someone find something that makes them truly happy.

I look forward to taking families out to look for property and seeing the children's expressions when they find a home they like. It is enjoyable to watch them "claim" their room. It is especially satisfying when a couple walks into a home and the wife gets a smile on her face and say "this is what we have been looking for".

I honestly believe I will make my living by making the customer happy...
