| Tim is that guy that one would always hope to find as an agent, representative or just a friend. He is fairly new to the business but I predict he will become one of the area's stars. He sincerely rates the five stars above. I have bought and sold five houses through the years and in none of them have I had a more considerate, knowledgeable, professional, personable and sincere representative. He went the extra mile in every way, never showing any irritation at my million questions or failing to respond to a phone call or email promptly. He did the due diligence for me to find other people to help me with financing, inspection, repairs and not just a single "buddy" but a choice of a couple of each with no vested interest in their selection. You might find an agent with more years under their belt but you won't find one that will work any harder or do a better job than Tim Urban. |
