I got into real estate because I love the chance to get to know each and everyone of my clients on a personal level. Some clients buy homes right away and others may take a year to find that perfect home. I don't consider this a job, but rather an opportunity to help someone locate that dream home or to have a chance to find that buyer who considers your current home their dream home. It's so awesome to see first time buyers and how excited they get about their first home purchase. I have also worked in new construction for sometime so I am happy to help my clients through that purchase as well.

| My wife and I were very fortunate in that we made an offer and purchased the first home we looked at (and LOVE IT!), so we did not have to go through an extensive showing process. Tracy was able to negotiate with the selling agent and had an acceptance on what was essentially our opening offer the next day for us! She referred us to her in-house mortgage department and helped guide us through the financing, and ultimately closing, processes. Very smooth transaction from start to finish, we are quite happy with her service and do not hesitate to recommend her. |
