First Time Home Buyers: My team devotes time to researching the best programs that are available for the public.
KC Dream Home- 20% down or $20,000 for homes located in the Kansas City area on properties less then $150,000. This is one of the only programs is available to get you into a home with no money down.
USDA Rural Development- This is the ONLY 100% Loan available; however it is only available in rural areas.
Missouri Bond Money- 3% down to help with down payment or closing cost on almost any home in the state of Missouri on properties less then $237,000.
Independence Bond Money- Will be available beginning of the 2009, it is very similar to the Missouri Bond money; however it is only available in the city of Independence. This is $3000 down, for First Time Home Buyers.
203K Streamline- Gives up to $35,000 in allowance to repair REO properties, need to have 3% to put down.
$100 Down Payment to move in on HUD approved homes. It is hard to get better then this yet it can, you might be able to use the 203K Streamline to give yourself a beautiful new home.
Good Neighbor Next Door Program- Law enforcement officers, pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade teachers and firefighters/emergency medical technicians can contribute to community revitalization while becoming homeowners through HUD's Good Neighbor Next Door Sales Program. HUD offers a substantial incentive in the form of a discount of 50% from the list price of the home. In return you must commit to live in the property for 36 months as your sole residence.
