I am a real estate broker over 25 years. I also am a notary, that does local notary work..I can come to your place of business for notary work if needed. Have to have picture ID, no blanks on the documnets. ID and documents names need to match or be verified.I am not a attorney and cannot give legal advice or be praid for it or  draw documents either.
