Get to Know Kathy Morris
Ultimate Home Solutions, Inc was created back in 2001. The company specializes in pre-foreclosures and distressed properties. We have successfully negotiated 100+ short sales in several States including Flroida, Indiana, Ohio and Nevada. We have also mentored students in real estate. We now actively teach short sales to realtors and investors in the South Florida market and are looking to expand our horizons in the near future. We hold 2 day events and our information if very detailed. It is like the "Short Sale for Dummies" course.
We also are focused on luxury homes and are looking for properties from $1million to $100 million. We have a group of investors waiting to purchase and we will pay referral fees to anyone that brings us a deal and we close on it.
It is our goal to expand to many areas of the United States and teach people how to become successful in this ever grwoing pre-foreclosure market.
