Our broad experience in Real Estate situations and transactions includes all "standard Real Estate business" and specifically:  serving first-time home buyers, proactively searching and finding unique properties for buying clients, handling estate and probate properties of all types, dealing with divorce liquidations, family and corporate relocations, out-of-area referrals, helping property owners with foreclosure difficulties, foreclosure transactions, 1031 exchanges, marketing seller financing properties (Land contracts and lease with option contracts), development potential property, large acreage, Real Estate investments and confidential/VIP representation.   

We generally work 7 days a week (what is a weekend?), are easy to contact and most importantly, will work with your schedule. We are also a little unconventional, confidently serious about our responsibilties- but not always serious about "life", and are not afraid of creative thinking or getting our hands dirty if we need to!
