Welcome to United Country and the local Greer office, Upstate Realty of South Carolina. In business since 1925, United Country uses unique, cutting edge, effective marketing tools. We really are a different kind of real estate company. My name is Lorrie Renfrow, and together with my husband John, sell the Upstate area. The Upstate market is strong and exciting and we are enjoying the challenges and triumphs associated with our business as Realtors. I have been in real estate for eight years, and have been a broker for six years. One of our goals in the Greer/Taylors office has been to seek associate Realtors who are as committed to integrity and honesty as we are. We have an incredible sales staff who greet each day with an excitement and enthusiasm that is really contagious. Our clients are truly the best and we work hard to meet their needs. My individual area of expertise has been in marketing and selling residential properties. John and I have also marketed and sold many larger vacant land parcels, along with waterfront homes and property. We are currently working in an incredible neighborhood in partnership with Midland Builders. Our work in Enoree Trace is very rewarding because we represent a builder who is as dedicated to quality and integrity as we are. We are working with many second home buyers and those who are purchasing recreational properties. Our Upstate offers so much diversity and lifestyle opportunities that buyers from around the world are attracted to our market. It is an exciting time for many first time home buyers who have an abundant inventory from which to choose their new home. We love working with home buyers and investors too. It makes us feel happy when our clients are able to achieve their goals in selling or buying a home, or both.
