If you're like me you would rather locate your new house on your own. You're not completely sure that someone else will take the time to search everything on the market that might meet your needs. Worry no more. You've found the agent for you.
I have lived in 6 cities and with every move, although I worked with a realtor, I was always the one who found the house I bought. Compulsive? You could say so. You could also put this same attention to detail to work for you.
You might want to check out my blog to gain some additional insight to my "diverse" personality.
I've been in the business since 2003 and I was the Allie Beth Allman Rookie of the Year and it just keeps getting better. I have been honored to be named one of the Best Realtors in Dallas by D Magazine on several occasions.
I particularly like working with first-time buyers because I love teaching them the ropes. The only problem is since they have no basis for comparison they don't realize how much better I am than the typical realtor... ha ha ha.
Marketing homes is another love. Of course, this is more fun when the house is absolutely beautiful and it doesn't hurt if it's unique. I studied business, marketing, and design at the University of Texas and I use all three disciplines every day in my business.
My belief in constant improvement and staying on top of technology and new trends in real estate means that I log way more than the required minimums for state licensing regulations. That's also what accounts for all the letters after my name. I know they are meaningless to the layperson, but after you put in all those hours and complete the levels of production required it's nice to see some letters after my name. Feel free to make up your own meaning for them. : )
I live in the Park Cities, so I have a natural bias for the neighborhood, but that doesn't mean I won't venture outside the "bubble" if your idea of heaven is Greenway Parks, Preston Hollow, Lakewood and the M Streets, Oak Cliff or Uptown. If I really like you I'll even consider the far north suburbs. What the heck, call me and we'll see.
In my twenty second year of exceeding expectations.
