SPOCH, a NJ nonprofit (tax exempt, charitable 501c3) homeownership and loss mitigation advocacy, offers hands-on help with mortgage and/or tax foreclosure matters acting as acting as liaison between parties whose interests may conflict.  At all times we are the consumers' advocate, seeking results wihich are just, and favorable.  Across the USA (specializing in judicial foreclosure jurisdictions) we are able to assist both buyers and sellers of foreclosed real estate, and their real estate professional(s) in the construct, negotiation and closing of preforeclosure sales, and preforeclosure short sales. SPOCH offers a preforeclosure listing workshop including an introduction to loss mitigation preparedness to real estate organizations including, but not limited to preforeclosure / short sale workouts.  Agents attending and participating in the presentation will be better able to interact with their customers who face the loss of their home to mortgage or tax foreclosure. Continuing awareness training, procedural training, and transaction support are available.
