This is the hard part, why should you trust me?  What is different about me then the others?  Why are there so many realtors to chose from?

These are all very good questions, and ones that only you can answer.  What I am asking for is a chance.  I dont ever expect a home owner or a buyer to hire me on the spot.  You see I run my business as if your my employer, because, well you are!  I am asking for a chance to interview with you, I encourage you to interview others.  I just want you to see what it is I can do for you and how I am willing to work for you not a commission.  This market is tough, there are no secrets about that, but with the expertise and the knowledge I can bring to this relationship, I am confident that I can help you like I have so many before you!!!
