By now you have studied my photo to see if there is some outer, or inner, flaw lurking there . . .trust me, my wonderful photographer managed to obliterate all of those! He/she starts telling you about all the wonderful homes that are out there. Next thing you know, you are spending days with someone whose company you really don’t enjoy and are not really sure how you got there! You try to dump him/her, but no other agent wants to intrude on the buyer/agent relationship even if you don’t have a written agreement!
