I became a Real Estate Agent because I enjoy working with people. All my life I have lived in Clark County and worked on fixers. I enjoy working with the first time home buyer to the retirement homes. The first time home buyers are always fun to show the different homes and help make one of the biggest decisions in their life. Showing the pros and cons of each house, and to help the buyers make the right choice.
Working with buyers or sellers I have the experience and the want, to help my clients. I enjoy meeting my clients and forming a relationship with them. The home buying or selling process can be stressful, I try and take the stress out of the experience, so they can look forward to owning or selling thier new home.
Owning horses and dogs all my life, I have experience in rural properties. It takes special needs to own a horse on a small piece of property. I can show you how to manage the property so it does not turn into a mud pit. Also show you some of the best riding areas around, from trails to arenas.
As for the dogs, everyone knows that no one likes a barking dog. I have raised and shown dogs for about 20 years now, and been involved in the Clark County 4-H program also for about 20+years. Our Kennel name is Vallivue Kennels. It is a small kennel in La Center Wa. where we breed Labradors and English Pointers. My husband guides at a beautiful ranch in Condon Ore. This ranch is a hunting lodge for big game and birds, in the off season they harvest cherries. The lodge is called HighlandHillsRanch.com. The clients come from all over the world.
You have to be very careful on where you move, not to have neighbors that don't want you around because of your dog. I can help you decide on what piece of property is best for you and your best friend(your dog).
Old Farm houses are the greatest things around. They have so much character in their style. I love taking the old farm house and turning it into something just outstanding. The old creak of the wood floor, what a sound. We have done a couple old farm houses, they have turned out great. They do take more money and effort because, you want to keep the old look, but it is worth it. I always enjoying sharing my contacts and experiences with the old farms houses.
Living in the beautiful NW all my life, gives me advantage of knowing the small communities in and around Vancouver.
