My office is located in Boerne, Texas. I have been in the Real Estate business for over 10 years.  Customer Service is the "key."  I believe in establishing long term relationships with my clients; therefore, I credit that, along with my expertise and vast knowledge of the Real Estate Industry, to being the reason that most of my day to day transactions are either past clients or referrals.  Does that mean that I do not work with new clients;  absolutely NOT.  I treat every journey and transaction passionately and honestly.

Born and raised in San Antonio, I have watched the growth in and around the surrounding areas. My precious memories include riding my horse up and down Bandera Road (outside Loop 410) when it was just a 2 lane road.  I would get up at the crack of dawn, do my chores and then jump on my horse and be gone until dark.

I enjoy life itself and spending time with family, in particular, my four grandchildren!  My hobbies include bow hunting and fishing.

My daughter, Krista Morgan, is my assistant and has been licensed since December 2005.  Her background includes working in Payroll for site branches in the Philippines, Nebraska, Illinois and Beaumont.  That experience has obviously prepared Krista with the customer service skills and patience needed in the Real Estate profession.  Krista's personality, dedication and honesty have proven effective in assisting The Morgan Team with past and new clients.
