Sellers are very impressed by the quality of my presentation of their home. Regardless of the price point of the home, I provide the same services. I always use a professional photographer, and load as many photos as possible on to the Internet sites to convey the full details about a property. My written descriptions are evocative, offering the real sense of the property, establishing clearly the dull but important details like number of bedrooms etc. and then moving on to the subtle and harder to define elements of living in that particular home. Lifestyle does matter! I have sold properties from $90,000 to $7 million. Buyers can sense that I care, and want to find them what they want, not what I want. I do not rush them, I worked with one client, located abroad for over 6 years, and was very creative in helping them visualize the homes and learn about the different areas. I spend as much time as the client wants and needs to really understand their goals and their concerns and work very hard to get the right fit. With both buyers and sellers I feel we are a team. Using my corporate background, I analyze market and pricing stats well, which means my listings sell and my buyers get the best possible price! I believe in doing whatever needs to be done -I have cleaned litter boxes, fed pets, done dishes, and vaccumed. I have installed fire extinguishers, gotten lawns mowed and fences mended. And when a client called the night before Thanksgiving to say that the lockbox had been removed somehow from the door, I paid to change the locks and contacted the State Police, and when it turned out they had the wrong door and all was actually fine, made the embarassed client see the humor in it. All in a day's work, right? So, let me take care of your clients the way I hope you take care of mine- with every consideration and highest attention to detail and quality.
