Get to know Victor Quiroz
Victor started in the real estate business when he was 19 years old. He had just moved from the Los Angeles area to the San Francisco Bay area, ready to attend college and sign a lease on his first rental apartment. Then, his father told him about the benefits of home ownership. After some extensive research he decided to buy the condo, upgrade the flooring and give it a good, deep clean. He surveyed the results and realized he had a solid investment on his hands.
While working and in school, Victor found himself wanting to learn more about real estate so, he took a part-time position as an agent’s assistant, learning contracts, marketing techniques, negotiations, the configuration of home values and more.
In 2005, he moved back to Southern California and joined Prudential California Realty in Cerritos, CA. When Prudential transitioned into Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties Victor played a key role in the Inland Empire rebranding efforts. Since joining the brokerage, he’s been providing what all of his personal clients seek: trust, solid advice, business acumen and most of all, results.
Recognized by the California Association of Realtors® as a Certified Forms Training Instructor, Victor has been asked to share his market knowledge with agents and consumers at all 20 BHHS Southern California offices, multiple local Realtor associations, non-profit community events and the BHHS National Convention amongst others.
In 2015, Victor was selected to be part of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices National REthink Council, a group of young, forward thinking BHHS agents and brokers aiming to enhance the global network, provide feedback to leadership and give both seasoned and new agents the information and necessary skills to unlock their potential.
My current goal is to help 24 families per year buy or sell a home while helping another 12 families save their home from foreclosure.
I use innovative marketing techniques to help my sellers get the most exposure to potential buyers including a heavy internet presence, print advertisements, direct mail and of course the telephone.
My passion is helping my buyers find any and every property available that matches their needs. I love helping first time buyers as they tend to get extremely excited about their first home.
