I have been actively involved in wholesale mortgage, creative real estate and real estate management transactions for the past 7 years, starting out in wholesale mortgage lending I have gained a great understanding of real estate finance and the challenges of today's lending guidelines.  It has become increasing difficult for first time home buyers to purchase their first home with today's mortgage lending guidelines, for homeowners who are looking to "move up" to their next house and for investors to purchase investment properties for increased cash flow due to stringent guidelines limiting the amount of properties one can own.
