We are pleased to announce the opening of our new office.
We have arrived here with a combined ten years of experience, consistantly recognized by the Bay Area Association of Realtors as a top producing team, offering personalized service and developing lasting relationships.
The formation of the Village Real Estate Company has been our vision for some time now, and we are very excited to see our vision come to fruition. As always, we will continue to provide outstanding real estate services to the Upper Shore, and beyond.

Linda Kendz is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island, and has lived on the Eastern Shore for thirteen years. She is a relationship builder, and truly enjoys meeting new people. Those who become clients benefit greatly from her patience and persistence in leaving no stone unturned. Linda and her husband have recently finished a year long project restoring their sailboat, and are now back to enjoying weekends sailing the Chesapeake. Working with Linda you will find smooth sailing ahead.
John Carroll is a lifelong resident of the Upper Shore, and a graduate of Goldey-Beacom College with a bachelor degree in Marketing & Sales Management. He has a keen eye and an overactive Blackberry. He prides himself in being readily available and always accessible. John LOVES to text message and email! His in-depth knowledge of the local area and gift for amusing one with local folklore makes him a natural born Eastern Shore salesman. As an avid photographer, he treats each listing as a creative project, and is tenacious in his pursuit for the perfect buyer.
