| When I looked online for properties in Maui, I came upon Vivian's website. I signed in to receive listings. I was neither called nor pressured to buy. When, however, I did find a property that interested me, Vivian responded immediately with timely emails, phone calls, and submitted my offer right away. She guided me through the process of counter offer, signing of papers, financial obligations, and so forth. She found me a great deal and a condo that satisfies me. Even during a restructuring process at her agency when some staff were transitioned, Vivian stayed with me throughout the sale, making it smooth and reassuring.
