Norbert Waldenmayer’s initial venture into buying and selling real estate was as a university student in need of supporting

He should know. Although he went on to earn his MA in Public Administration from Pepperdine University, it is in the field of

real estate that he has been actively involved since 1977. Norbert’s success in commercial real estate development, construction, and sales is extensive, spanning high-rise hotel and shopping center construction as well as garden office, light industrial, and residential development construction. After building an impressive cache of artfully designed custom and semi-custom homes in California—each of which is worthy of a feature spot in any “lifestyle” magazine—Norbert, who is

also a consummate real estate professional. Among the first to take advantage of the trend towards more simplified homes on larger pieces of reasonably priced property, Norbert successfully developed and sold several residential subdivisions, and in the process built a flourishing real estate brokerage company. Norbert’s direct knowledge of all aspects of real estate far

exceeds that of most brokers or agents. His clients respect his knowledge of the real estate market as it relates to current trends, the economy, and opportunities.

It was his love for the Florida lifestyle, which began after several visits to Naples and SW Florida, that brought him back to the state to establish a firm dedicated to assisting his clients in building wealth and guarding the future.
