My motto is "One Call Does It All."  As a full time real estate professional since 1979, there is not much I do not know how to do, and do well.  I view real estate as a service profession. I have never aimed at simply lining my own pocket. There are many people of modest means who would never have owned a home without my expertise and dedication.  I  have sold homes and investment properties from $5,000 to over $2,000,000.  My specialized knowledge includes short sales, TOPA, home purchase assistance programs, and Sec. 1031 Tax Free Exchanges. Also, as an experienced real estate investor, I understand real estate investment criteria far better than most agents.

I enjoy what I do, and love to see smiles on the faces of my buyers and sellers.  I have seen very big smiles when sellers who thought they were short sales have walked away from the settlement table with anywhere from $5,000 to $170,000 cash.
