| It is my pleasure to provide a reference for Waynette Araj, whom I consider to be among the best realtors with whom I have ever worked. I arranged to meet with Waynette to discuss the possible listing an sale of my parents' home in Asheboro. My mother was in declining health and it became apparent to our family, and particularly to her, that she would no longer be able to live in the home that she had occupied for almost 40 years. While this was a difficult and painful decision, it was one that she made with our encouragement. Waynette did a considerable amount of homework for our meeting and presented me a list of market comparables. She discussed the specifics of the Asheboro housing market, about which I know very little because I do not live in the market. She provided professional input concerning preparing the home to list and what proved to be a very effective pricing strategy. The home was listed in early March and a contract was signed in July of 2012 for roughly 97% of the original asking price. I am convinced that Waynette's input and professionalism greatly led to the successful sale of this property. Working with Waynette allowed our family the peace of mind knowing that whatever issue might arise with the property, Waynette would find the solution to resolve it. She was hard working, represented our family and the property well, and was of unquestionable integrity during the process. In my job I work with a number of affluent families moving to my market area.
