| William is the best realtor I've ever worked with. Not only was he extremely forthcoming with the information he provided me, he was also very polite and professional. Even though I didn't end up renting directly through him (only because the place my roommate found was through another agency), he was helpful to the very end and even offered advice on dealing with our current agency. It's likely that I'll need another apartment next September, and I will definitely be contacting William again! |

| William was very professional and helpful. We previously dealt with 3 other realtors in the Boston area. Most of which were very unprofessional and did not explain the leasing process, which is new to us. By the time we found William we knew we needed an experienced realtor, who knew the area. We were able to find an apartment in one day and were approved. He thoroughly explained what we needed to do. We would highly recommend him. |
