Cavin served in several leadership roles within Keller Williams technology department for over 15 years and was the original technology trainer for the company worldwide. As a KWU Certified Instructor, W. Cavin Weber started his own training and consulting company Dream Key Training in 2016. Cavin has trained KW Technology for hundreds of Keller Williams offices throughout North America.

Today as the Director of Training of Ben Kinney Companies, Cavin is helping to spread the value of all Ben Kinney products and services while helping to continue to educate the industry through timely and  industry related trainings and webinars.

Cavin and his real estate team, has been searving both the North Austin Avery Ranch and South Austin, Buda, Kyle area and families find their dream homes for over 8 years. The Dream Key Team continues to make dreams come true one key at a time in the greater Austin area.
