Having come from a family of residential builders, I have a wealth of experience both from the realtors point of view and from the builders point of view. However, my responsibility always is to my client, whether they are a buyer or seller. In the end, they are the ones that will be living in their new residence, and they have to feel comfortable with their choice. My job is to expose them to all the details, and have up to date comps, but the decision is theirs and theirs alone.

Knowing your market is the key to being a good realtor. The market has it's ups and downs and can change on a dime, but real estate will always be a good investment and probably the bigest investment one will make.
