Before becoming a full time Home Inspector I operated a Home Repair and Remodeling business for over 20 years gaining valuable experience in all areas of the home and its proper functions. As with all licensedhome inspectors in Alabama I have taken and successfully passed the National Home Inspector Exam as well as the ASHI code of ethics exam that the Alabama Building Commission requires to qualify as a Home Inspector. Not all home inspectors are license by the state. Beware.
I am also a Ceritfied Mold Inspector and a Certified Mold Assessor. I do Indoor Air Quality testing as well as most other environmental testing and sampling.
My home inspection reports are computer generated on site and ready for you at the end of the home inspection. They include a summary at the end of the report to review any concerns about your home and pictures to help explain the report.
