Although a lot of people think I only sell horse property, I sell just as many single family homes. A lot of my clients are repeat clients and they either want to downsize and sell their horse property or the other way around, they are looking for a horse property and want to sell their single family home. So you could say I specialize in selling single family homes too!

People are my real passion. Communication is key. I know when I am in the middle of something as stressful as selling and buying a home, I want to know what is going on! This can help the level of anxiety go way down. I figure since this is important to me...it would be helpful to others too! I strive to keep you informed and explain the process and the documents you are signing. I always want to be available for your questions and concerns and my negotiation skills are second to none! This is what I have spent my life perfecting are these skills so I am proud they are at a very high level.

About Michelle

Her background includes a wide range of experiences in business planning, public relations campaigns, market research and product positioning She has developed special skills and knowledge in customer management including value-added communications, service excellence, and customer referral networking and appreciation programs.  Michelle builds strong vendor relationships gaining competitive advantages in dealing with title companies, lenders, and also with other agents.

She is a tireless entrepreneur who brings high levels of enthusiasm, energy and creativity to each transaction.  Michelle's entrepreneurial spirit stems from growing up in a family owned business in Nebraska.  Her father was a successful businessman who single-handedly branded his company name by becoming an innovator in the self-service gasoline industry.  He took a small bait shop and turned it into a Multi-Million dollar chain of Convenience Stores.  Michelle gained a wealth of practical knowledge by working closely with her father on different aspects of the business, working at and eventually managing several of the stores herself. Michelle has always had a competitive spirit  and moved to Arizona to Bass fish professionally. Prior to Real Estate, Michelle founded Our Daily Bread, a bakery equipment business in Omaha and in order to develop greater visibility for her business she taught adult education classes through MetropolitanCommunity College in Omaha, Nebraska. She provided marketing and Public Relation services for Weather Wise Roofing, and Getko Group , a division of Cendant.  She has managed the in-store promotions for Sears in 14 Arizona stores. Michelle also held marketing and sales positions for various other companies in the EastValley.  Michelle's creative imagination gives her an edge in home sales through newsletters, advertising, layouts, and sales flyers.  Michelle has the tireless energy necessary to meet the challenge of  a successful and painless Real Estate transaction. Her negotiation skills stem from an attitude of creating a win/win situation for everyone involved.  She does not view herself as an aggressive salesperson, rather an assertive professional and her goal is to have everyone walk away from the closing table with everything they wanted...at the price they wanted to pay.
