Debi White is Broker/Owner of Future Equity Real Estate. She has been a licensed Real Estate Professional in the State of Utah since 1990. Before that she was employed in the title industry for six years and her experience includes escrow and title search.
She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the UCLA, with an emphasis on Finance. She has been employed in the mortgage and real estate industry for 25 years.
She has been working with homeowners facing foreclosure and assisting in educating homeowners on all the options available to them before a foreclosure happens.
Performing Broker Price Opinions and facilitating Loss Mitigation Services. Debi has developed Future Equity Real Estate to service, market, and negotiate the sale of Traditional and Short Sale properties. Good, accurate, and timely Customer Service is our focus.
She prides herself on her past experience consulting hundreds of homeowners facing foreclosure and her solid track record with title servicers. She also prides herself on her systemized approach to working with and educating her buyers and sellers to protect them throughout the purchase and sale process.
