Jeremy Williams is a Texas REALTOR®, real estate leader, coach, and Founder of Omnia Elevate, an agent development organization within JLA Realty, based in Kingwood, Texas.
With more than 20 years in real estate, Jeremy has built his career around a simple belief: great agents don't just need a brokerage — they need the right environment, leadership, training, and accountability to build a business that lasts.
Jeremy began his real estate career in 2004 and has served as a producing agent, brokerage leader, coach, recruiter, and regional leader. Along the way, he helped lead a Houston-area brokerage office to become the first in its region to surpass $1 billion in annual sales, while that office doubled in size in less than three years.
Today, Jeremy leads Omnia Elevate, where he focuses on helping Texas real estate professionals grow through practical training, business strategy, accountability, leadership access, and a strong culture of collaboration.
His philosophy is straightforward:

Jeremy believes successful real estate careers are built through consistent execution, meaningful relationships, professional development, and surrounding yourself with people who challenge you to elevate.
A graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Sport Management and a minor in Business, Jeremy lives in Kingwood with his wife, Laurie. They have two children, Emma and Logan. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, hiking the trails around Kingwood, playing guitar, and serving at Kingwood Methodist Church.
