I'm single with a beautiful 6 year old son, and 2 year old girl. I own 3 businesses. 1) A Strip Club Bar 2) A Nightclub Bar 3) An On Line Marketing Home Business.
I'm very happy with my success. I've learned a lot over the years, read a lot of books, and have been mentored by the best in the industry.
I have the time to do the things I want to do, when I want to do them, and I love that. It frees up a lot of time for my family.
I weightlift 5 days a week, and do cardio on weekends. I love working out. Previously, I competed in grappling competitions, and it was a blast. I would travel to Vegas, and different parts of Arizona. It's hard to describe, but the level of competition, can't be matched by any other sport. It's the ultimate endurance test, and yet, it's still a chess match, even though you're trying to submit your opponent. I love it, and may get back into it.
Since I live in Flagstaff, I do a lot of outdoor activities, like bike, hike, frisbee golf. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else, and....the property values are holding strong, better than anywhere else in Arizona, Sedona's holding strong too.
Currently, i'm working on opening 2 more businesses. One involves a lot of travel, and video, i'm really excited about it.

My specialty is marketing. I've studied under the best on line marketers, and off line marketers in the world. Ones that teach about direct mail, subscriber lists, staying in contact with your customer, outrageous advertising. Since i've owned 3 different types of businesses, I have a lot of credibility because i've tested marketing campaigns for all 3 businesses.
Anyone in real estate, needs to really understand how to stay in contact with their customers.
I worked in the banking industry for 15 years, before retiring to run my businesses full time. I'm experienced in collections, accounting, loss mitigation, hiring private investigators, suing people, attaching liens on assests, then I moved into underwriting mortgages. I did every aspect of the mortgage, appraisals, title reports, flood reports, credit reports, income verification which involved reviewing people's tax returns, document preparations, and review. Then I moved into originating mortgages. You really do need to learn to sell if you want to be rich, and I was good at it, and loved it.
I've also held numerous real estate investments (rentals), and have made a lot of money. Since i've been in the industry for so long, i've been able to recognize trends, and know when a good deal, is a good deal.
Currently, i'm scouting places with my friend who is also a county assesor, to capitalize on good deals in the area.
A couple of friends of mine own a commercial and residential development business. I stay in close contact with them as well, as me might joint venture in a nice piece of property.
My true passion really is on line marketing, I like it more than my Nightclub and my Strip Club, if you can believe that. Probably because of the income potential, and i'm used to commission based jobs. And what I really want to do is travel the world as a professional speaker. Others can pay me to travel, I like it, I like it a lot. Seeing the world is my ultimate goal, because I want to see all the beautiful creations god put on this earth for us to see. Who knows, maybe i'll go into space someday, if I become wealthy enough and can afford the ride.
