A number of years ago, living and working in Colorado’s front range in executive sales management, I decided to follow a dream and invested in a family vacation home in Grand County.It was time to diversify our portfolio outside of paper only assets (stocks, mutual funds, etc.) and invest in real estate, specifically a second home that would appreciate in value while providing our family and friends with a “special place” to create lasting memories living the Grand County lifestyle which we so love. That second home investment ultimately led to relocation in order to live and work full time in Grand County.

In just 3 years I have been blessed to become the third-highest producing Century 21 broker in the western five-state region.  I have done that through providing the highest quality service to my clients.  Most recently I brought on an assistant, to help me better serve my clients and focus on their needs.

My assistant, Joseph, graduated from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado in 2005 with a degree in marketing and real estate.  Upon graduation Joseph went to Bolivia for 2 months to work at an orphanage before going to work as a sales consultant for Pulte Homes in Denver.  

During his time at Pulte, Joseph was trained in home sales through some of the best industry training tools.  While there he was in charge of marketing and sales for a 200-home community.   His finest accomplishment at Pulte was selling and closing 2 homes in just 2 days!  Joseph was most recently employed as a real estate analyst at Prior & Associates before coming to work with me in Winter Park in June.   I am excited to have him on board as he will help better serve my clients.  He brings with him a wealth of marketing and analytical skills that mesh perfectly with effectively listing your home.
