Market conditions vary, and many consumers are not tuned in to correct current price points. Prior to presenting an offer, I will do thorough research and comparable market analyses to advise you my opinion of price, according to this research. Should you choose to make an embarrasingly low ball offer,  I am obliged to present it, but I will make every effort to get you into reality!  I want to get you a great deal on a house, of course!!
