I've been in the home inspection profession in the Valley since 1998, and was in the first batch of home inspectors to be licensed back in 2003.  For 16 years I was also the area developer for Pillar To Post in Arizona and had the priviledge of helping many others learn the profession, growing the company into one of the largest inspection companies in Arizona.  Over the years I think I've learned how to create really happy customers and nothing in work is more satisfying than having clients refer me to their friends and family.

For years the East Valley Tribune was kind enough to publish a column I wrote on home-related issues.  I will be republishing some of them here, along with brand new posts.  I've also been interviewed by the Arizona Republic and ABC15 News about the profession.  I am a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors and have worked on volunteer committees with the State of Arizona, local Realtor Associations, and the Franchise Advisory Committee for Pillar To Post.

 Having sold the master franchise back to the parent company in 2014, I now enjoy inspectng full time, meeting terrific clients and Realtors.  

My wife Kim and I have four grown children and are expecting our first grandchild this spring.  I enjoy being active in the community, involved in Boy Scouts, and love raising food and flowers in our backyard garden.  I take a lot of photographs both on and off the job and one day would like to get some real training in photography.
