I began at the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at the University of Chapel Hill ranked 7th in the nation. My favorite classes were marketing, law, and statstics. After graduating with honors, I went to work building custom homes until I gained employment with PM Realty Group as an Assistant Real Estate Manager, a commercial management firm. After 7 months, I was running an entire portfolio of commerical Retail properties assessing the financial health and operational stability of the investment portfolio. Soon thereafter, I gained employment with Fortune 500 company CB Richard Ellis with a promoted role as Real Estate Manager. I took on more responsibility performing financial analysis, leasing functions, project management, supervising accountants, working with tenants/landlords alike, and repositioning properties.

From this role, I went on to form my own General Contracting Company called ASPM, (www.ASPMWA.com). I went to Home Inspection School to gain a license in Home Inspection. Transferring my commercial skill and easily picking up residential sales, I took on the role of providing all these services to my clients.

It have been 3 years ago I went into Residential Sales bringing my total time in Real Estate to 10+ years. I love this field!!
