My Mission and My Statement:

I provide Toronto Residential Real Estate Market Analysis. I am a Broker working for HomeLife New World Realty Inc, Brokerage. I work in Toronto and Scarborough Areas,  serving since 1979. I have lived East of Yonge Street in Toronto, for the majority of my time in Toronto since 1957. However I have a good knowledge of the city downtown core in Toronto. I use the public transit system to get around Toronto. This city has excellent public transit allowing access to all parts of the city by bus, street car and subway systems. I arrived in Toronto in 1957 as a young boy with my family. We came from western Canada to live in the big city. I am a grade 13 graduate from a Scarborough High School. I support and promote green way services by using fax, email, internet, and city transit services. Please make the effort to save our environment for future generations. I started and obtained a real estate licence, and joined the Toronto Real Estate Board in 1979 to work in the housing business with my father. For those wondering, the U in my name is for Urban. My middle name Urban came from my Uncle's first name.
