Get to Know Yolanda Simmensen
Yolanda Simmensen started in real estate in 2005 and was a top producer. After moving from Las Vegas to Dallas, Yolanda again saw the potential in real estate. In 2015, she discovered the beautiful communities around Lake Hubbard and moved to the nearby town of Rowlett.
Yolanda’s work ethic and dependability earned her referrals. She quickly steps into the middle of a process, moves it forward, earns trust, and builds relationships. Yolanda keeps you on her mind and keeps you in the loop. Home buying and selling are major life events, so Yolanda makes every transaction personal. She is also dedicated to lifelong learning. Recently, she earned the designation of Graduate, Real Estate Institute (GRI).

In her spare time, Yolanda works with Dallas CASA, advising the Dallas County Courts in cases where children have been removed from their families. Giving back is always part of her day.
