Hi, my name is Julietta Tocci with Keller Williams - Jersey Shore. I service all of Atlantic and Cape May counties in Southern New Jersey. Technology is so important in the Real Estate industry for me as an agent…and for my clients! It seems like there so many avenues for technology right now but I truly believe this is just the beginning. I love using Social Media, especially Facebook as way to get my listings noticed by people that know me…and trust me. Another ”techy” tool I love to use are videos. I believe video technology is still virtually untapped…and not to many agents use this exciting tool. It gives potential clients a more realistic view into the property and a lot of times, they feel like they’ve actually seen the property. It has a much bigger impression than just photos…or even virtual tours.
It is important that I am in the Tech Savvy Network to stay on top of new, cutting edge ideas that can help get my name and listings exposed to the most amount of people…and for my clients to get the best services currently available. Being tech savvy means top of the line services for my clients…both buyers and sellers.
