From suggesting mortgage lenders to explaining signing papers, I am here to make this normally daunting experience a smooth and successful transaction.

As a native to Georgia, I graduated from Lovejoy High School in 1996, and went on to play football at the University of West Georgia. Sports & Leadership roles have always been a strong fit throughout my life.  While completing my Bachelors of Business in Real Estate, I became increasingly interested in flipping houses and renovating properties. Allowing hard work to never deter me, I embraced the challenge while succeeding as a full-time student with little to no budget.

Each investment opportunity came with a lesson of what to do & more importantly what not to do the next time! I was able to learn from my mistakes and quickly learned how to gauge an ever changing market. 

In 2002 I started Solid Approach, primarily working with Developers and Builders.  Recognizing a drastic market turn I focused my efforts on becoming an expert in foreclosures and REO properties. 

Over the years, through economic shifts, lender uncertainty and drastic changes in the Real Estate market one thing has remained the same: Solid Approach understands!  We understand the changes in the market, we understand how these changes effect buying and selling decisions, and we understand positioning.  I have shifted the Team's positioning with each changing market.  In an effort to better serve you, Solid Approach has positioned itself as THE Real Estate Marketing Team of The Property Shop of GA, Inc.
