Yvette Hitchens is a California native who describes herself as a Cali-girl with southern roots. She has lived in southern California her entire life; from the valley to San Pedro, and several cities in between.
In 1997 she obtained her real estate sales license and joined ReMax Real Estate Center, located in Inglewood, CA. Because of the strong entrepreneurial influences of her family, she set out to obtain her broker’s license and did so. In July of 2000, Thomas, Young & Newman Real Estate was born and she led a small office of four sales agents until 2007 when the real estate market shifted. Wanting to re-invent herself she decided to focus on property management in the Downtown Los Angeles area and began working as a property manager and later a supervisor. Her passion for helping buyers and sellers through the hurdles of home ownership helped her decide to return to her first love…real estate. In 2014 she joined Keller Williams Realty and has felt at home ever since.
Yvette’s passion for helping others comes through in her voice, her smile and warm personality. She is committed to her faith, family, career and serving her community.
