There's no cubby-hole big enough to put me in. There are all kinds of things that make me tick, so instead of talking about my expertise in Real Estate, I'll give you a little background on me. 

I have had a Texas Real Estate License since 1982, became a broker in 2004. My interest in real estate started when I was about 10 years old.  I was born in the military and lived all over the world in government housing.  When I was 11 my mother bought our first real home, a small ranch/farm of 45 acres in North Texas.  Spending time on all that land as a kid got me hooked. 

In addition to  being a licensed broker, I have also owned a custom home construction and consulting company specializing in green technologies. These included both materials and energy.  ICF, SIP, log, timberframe, bermed, domed, solar panels, wind turbines, bio-diesel generators, hydro-power.  

I have a strong interest and history in dealing with historic property salvage and restoration.  I am fascinated with history and historic buildings and places.  This has led me to researching and restoring old buildings. 

I have found 14 undocumented log structures here in North Texas over the past 15+ years.
