Hello, my name is David Zoppi... I am a MORTGAGE CONSULTANT with iAMERICA CAPITAL MORTGAGE.
As a Mortgage Consultant; I see clients as I would family. I don't waste time and I am here to listen, and work to fund fast! Our lenders are banks, private investors and portfolio lenders. We handle hard money, commercial, construction, residential, re-finance, below 500 FICO programs, prime, subprime and land loans.
In addition to working with people who are searching for home loan financing; I also work with realtors; who know the frustrations associated with trying to assist a client with credit difficulties in buying. I also work with builders/developers and those seeking commercial, land loans and hard money financing.
As a MORTGAGE CONSULTANT; I am pleased to assist the general public; and those in real estate, building/development and others through networking andoffering a variety of loan programs that they, and their clients may need for residential, commercial and hard money financing; and I work hard to get funding for those who need it.

I also have a Ph.D in Business Administration from Southern California University for Professional Studies; and a Master of Science degree in Counseling from Central Connecticut State University. I have worked in the Construction fields, and as a Mortgage Originator for many years ...
