Debbie~ What a great question. When I have a REALLY bad day I start to question, "am I actually any good at this". I do think about getting out of the business, but then it blows over and something good happens and I'm reminded that I'm where I'm supposed to be.

Nope! I try to figure out what I could have done better. Sometimes, I think about how I could have better prepared my clients (sellers or buyers) up front, or checked to make sure they understood about what to expect at each stage of the transaction. The better they are able to listen to recommendations and negotiations when they get to that stage. Sometimes, I realize I could have been better organized about something that would have made life easier for me. There's always room for improvement! :)

When the time is right, getting out of the business is not a bad idea. One of the industry issues is that many real estate agents can not afford to retire because they have failed to save enough for retirement.

Never, I always say, the sun will come up tomorrow.

I think the longer you're in it the easier it becomes because you hear about so many horror stories from so many other associates that even your worst days start looking better and better in comparison. No one ever said being self employed was an easy journey.

NOPE! There's a bad day with every job. I'll stay where I am.

I will be honest and say that I have. But then, I slap myself and I wake up from the nightmare.

There are days that I consider "not so good days" but they are never bad enough that I would get out!

No I love selling Real Estate . Nothing is perfect . I Do try to relieve me stress either with a swim or some yoga . 

No, but then I have plenty of other things going on.

Not for this reason, but I do fantasize about retiring.
