Every real estate website should have:
Bio, blog, page for sellers, page for buyers, and a way to capture leads as well. Here is where you want to highlight what makes you unique and special and what sets you apart from all the other real esate agents, be it a niche, great marketing, amazing testimonials, etc.

What ever is relevant to your target market. For example, my target is horse property. I have a map showing nearby trails and feeds stores. I blog about horse properly, horse events, etc. Crime stats and school reports are really relevant to my clientele.
