Additionally, the questions aren't posted just for entertainment, or points as you've suggested.

Consumers outside of the industry are looking for answers to their questions regarding buying and selling homes, and other pertinent information that gives them an informed edge.

ActiveRain is not a competitive game with a scoreboard.

Being rewarded for participation isn't the same as an unscrupulous agent taking a kickback from a lender that that same agent suggested to a client.

I've been an ActiveRain participant for nearly seven years, since March of 2008.

I participate on a daily basis.

It's filled with abuses and real estate agents who play a points game.

I doubt many would participate if the incentive to compete for point recognition was terminated.

Your inference that my motive to post is simply based upon the need to satiate my tally, "rack up points", is offensive and derisory.

It's also unbecoming a member of the ActiveRain community, though I've heard that whine countless times.

I'd suggest that if you'd like to consider chastisement in this forum that you do it in a private message.
