Sales slow down quite a bit however that's when we gear up for our expectedtly brisk listing activity just prior to the beginning of the season. The jump of inventory could reach 30% in some years and starts the first Monday after New Year's Day.

Typically things have cooled off a bit for me, but this year is quite busy. I,ve already had two closings, with another schedule for next week. I just took a new listing yesterday, with another coming later this month.

There are more buyers and sellers in the Spring and Summer market, but I tell my sellers that there are people who are looking for houses throughout the year.
